I love St. Patrick’s day. It may be because my favorite color is green, or it may be because my grandmother is from Ireland which makes me part Irish. Red hair and green eyes can’t get more Irish then that.
Come on up to my virtual Pub and lets talk St. Patrick’s Day over a pint. It’s all things Irish, Green & St. Paddy’s Day for March 17th.

Let’s start with some local brews from ” Big Spruce Brewing, they brew only unfiltered, unpasteurized, unbelievably good beer.” I can tell you everyone who’s tried it loves it! Drop by their on-farm brewery in Cape Breton to get yourself a pint or growler. You can also find them at the Cape Breton Farmers’ Market and at these great locations ⇒ ♣ BIG SPRUCE ♣
Can’t have St. Paddy’s Day with out a four leaf clover. Make a wish!

Now IF I did have an upstairs Pub to the Studio … I think I might have to have a green couch in honour of St. Patrick Day. Here’s a few beauties that would fit perfectly.

Loving the Olive green and shape of this fine piece of furniture. Let’s lounge on the chaise like we haven’t got a care in the world!

Or fancy a cup of tea. This particular Irish tea cup was passed down to me from my dear grandmother Ada, it’s quite old (just like me 😉 ) and really it’s more for decoration then use. I’d be afraid I would break it or drop it knowing me. It’s very delicate irish pottery, love the clover pattern; the handle and the markings on the back are quite interesting as well. Shows it’s from Belleek Co Fermanagh Ireland …..
SIDE TIDBITS .....Belleek is a village and civil parish in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. While the greater part of the village lies within County Fermanagh, part of it crosses the border into County Donegal, in the Republic of Ireland. This makes Belleek the western-most village in the United Kingdom. It lies in the historic barony of Lurg. It had a population of 836 people in the 2001 Census, and is situated within the Fermanagh District Council area.
