3R Design Studio is being Reinvented …selling off everything on the shelves

Many people ask me what 3R Design Studio stands for and it’s REUSE, REINVENT, AND RELOVE.

Δ

That’s exactly what I’m doing I’m reinventing my studio so i’m switching my barn inventory from ‘old treasures’ to something else.   To be rolled out at a later date but for now I need to sell off all my old inventory and ideally as the whole lot.

Δ

There’s always the thrill of the hunt with flea markets, secondhand items and thrifting, don’t your agree?!  Sometimes when your out hunting for one thing you’ll spot another item that you can find a use for.  Occasionally the item can be used as something other then it’s original purpose.

Δ

That was the idea behind 3R Design Studio.   I gathered all sorts of items that can be repurposed for other uses or just recycled because it’s better to reuse then it is to dump the whole lot into landfills.

Decorating and Design isn’t always about new items:  When decorating with old found objects you get that weathered, that worn, that collected look that looks well ‘collected’ over time.  Old items have that quality of patina, well used, well loved and ready to be placed or arranged in new ways to create a feeling of time honoured spaces.

I'll give you a example, see the old suitcases, stack them one on top of the other (you might need 4 or 5 to get the height you want) and use them as a bedside table!  Different, unique and one of a kind.

Right now I’m in the process of re-inventing the studio once again to fill it with something new and that means changing over the inventory of the things on the shelf right now.   Ideally I would love to sell these items as one big collection.

Airbnb  – Maybe you have a cottage or house on the water that needs that instant collected look

There can be many applications for the lot when you gather items together.  They’re are endless ways to display them in unexpected ways.   I have lots of ideas, so if you have the space I can provide the inventory (shown for sale) and ways to add that old fashion charm to your environment.   Call or contact me for details.
